That's the plan. NYC is kinda funny. Places in other boroughs that have a good view of Manhattan and nothing else go for no less than 2K. It's really fucking stupid. MTA, never going your way.

There's some good real estate in Long Island. A lot more cheaper then NYC. The commute will be a bitch though. Worse then what it is now.I take the J train to the F train to the D train to the 1 train. 3 transfers. Yeah fuck that.

My wife is a day care Assitant. She's making only about 45K, but she helps.Besides I'm waiting for the manager position which will be up for grabs in 2 years. Then il move up to 85K - 90K. I was born and raised in Brooklyn, I work in the city(The Metropolitan Opera), but me and my wife plan on buying a house within 5 years. Saving up so we can move to Long Island or Conneticut(continue to work in NYC)I'm really sick and tired of NYC honestly, I just want to work here but live somewhere else lol
