  1. Per Fandango yesterday, Ted 2 was outselling Ted 1 at the same point in its sales cycle, not to mention it’s one of the June releases together with Jurassic World and Inside Out that’s driving the online ticket seller to a record month. According to Wednesday tracking, total awareness for the bear was running from the low to mid 90%s with females under 25 marking the strongest interest at 96%. Unaided awareness is decent in the low 20% range, again with women under 25 having the slight edge over guys with 22%. http://deadline.com/2015/06/ted-2-max-jurassic-world-box-office-1201457325/

  5. In order to maintain a healthy balance between domestic product and Hollywood fare, SARFT (The State Administration of Radio, Film, and Television) imposes an annual blackout "month" on most imported films. This weekend begins the month or more-long protection period and sees 14 new films enter cinemas... ...Finally, Jurassic World will be losing most of its screens this weekend due to the protection period, but we still see the hot ticket in China placing in the top 3 and ending its run over $200 million. http://pro.boxoffice.com/latest-news/2015-06-23-hollywood-adventures-poised-to-become-first-local-summer-blockbuster-as-protection-period-starts-in-full-force
  6. SW7 will do well. IMAX and 3D will be big part of the gross. Speaking of Star Wars... "Star Wars" actor Jake Lloyd has been struggling with the Dark Side for some time, according to a report. The 26-year-old former child actor, who remained in jail Tuesday, suffers from serious mental health issues and attacked his mom a few months ago after going off his meds, TMZ reports. The ex-actor's mom, Lisa, told the site Lloyd came after her at her home in Indianapolis on March 26 in a frenzy brought on by his struggles with schizophrenia. http://www.nydailynews.com/entertainment/gossip/dash-cam-footage-shows-jake-lloyd-chase-article-1.2267949

  9. I would say another 50% drop this weekend. Only because of the inflated Sunday, otherwise it would be around 46%.
  10. Friend sent me an Avengers gif. My eyes. That Hulk solo movie lol...
  11. Someone please update the title when the Actual is out. Stepping out.
