EU regs are lax actually in many areas including aerospace, drugs, etc. Just because they demand the airlines give you money for delayed money is meaningless. For example, Airbus gets tons of subsidy that Boeing would never get.

I am not talking just about FAA. The regulations in the overall aerospace world is crazy causing the planes themselves to be expensive, airport taxes, etc which they make the money from US airlines. It's some what similar scenario to the drug and med device industry. Shit is cheaper in OUS due to cost of affordability. And by distance, I meant fuel but also what the market will bear. A $150 flight is nothing in the USA whereas anything above $500 per person has folks thinking.

Well the US is much bigger. They aren't doing these little hops left and right like the UK. Not to mention regulation hurdles and being subsidized by the nation like some airlines.

Let's be honest here. Anything below a A is a failure in the Indian world. I learned that very quickly getting all those Bs and Cs. My Afrikaaner mom was like it's okay and my Indian dad was like you are a failure.

Going to the movies is more communal than anything akin to going sport games and what not. It's why bars are filled on Sundays for NFL. And comedies are hilarious when you are laughing with other people rather than a weirdo alone in your room.

I am in the middle of f*cking no where for a business trip. Only good thing is that the amish country is not too far. Debating whether to go or not since I have never been.

I loved blood diamond. Even to the Leo's cheesy accent which my afrikaaner grandmother laughed at. We still enjoyed it though.
