  1. I follow a few Disney nerd YouTube channels/Twitter accounts who love everything Disney, and even they didn't seem all that impressed or reserved in their reviews of Dumbo. Anecdotal and a small sample sure, but that's still some pretty damning evidence.
  2. a 2.42x isn't that low. It's not as leggy as Infinity War, but I don't think we should expect that to happen.
  3. long-range tracking up https://www.boxofficepro.com/long-range-tracking-x-men-dark-phoenix-the-secret-life-of-pets-2/ Dark Phoenix: 40-55 range. 47/113 SLOP 2: 70-90 range. 80/263
  4. Runtimes w/out credits and attachments for next week: Breakthrough: 1:52. Attachments unknown (probably Spies in Disguise and one other Disney movie - Aladdin?) Penguins: 1:12. Attachments are Frozen 2 and Toy Story 4 The Curse of La Llorona: 1:28. Attachments unknown (likely Annabelle Comes Home and It: Chapter Two)
  5. Phineas and Ferb airs on Disney XD and is getting a new movie.
  6. In all seriousness, this does have potential, but I could see a scenario where it has a strong initial interest in the first year, but there's a very strong chance of churn in year 2, especially if the originals don't deliver.
  7. ....dang, that's actually kind of a steal.
  8. Also the HSM show is called "High School Musical: The Musical: The Series" Bit of a mouthful, but okay.
  9. Now that puts the whole Fox situation interesting, since HBO has movie rights for new Fox movies up until 2022. Sound of Music and Avatar were shown, but how does something like Dark Phoenix fit into all this?
  10. I didn't say that I'm excited for it, I just think that's a cute cocker spaniel. You can't deny that doggo's a cutie.
  11. Hold up, they're gonna have The Rocketeer in this joint?????
  12. I don't have a Blu/DVD player (the old DVD player broke years ago), so this is perfect. *shrug emoji*
  13. @Porthos (I mean, we all knew this was gonna happen, but...still cool)
  14. Also Jeff Goldblum's hosting a Nat Geo series on Disney+, which is just...yes.
