  1. @M37 @Mojoguy Looking at 2016, the last time Halloween was on a Monday, holds didn't seem super bad that weekend? Only bad hold in the top 10 was Jack Reacher 2, which...yeah, probably will happen to Black Adam, so you got one there. Madea Halloween actually held up better than usual for Tyler Perry movies, albeit because of theming. These holds bode well for Paradise, Lyle, Smile, et al. https://www.boxofficemojo.com/weekend/2016W44/?ref_=bo_wey_table_14

  6. I hatewatch Grace's Movie Maths every week for...some bizarre reason, and every time I have an aneurism, because she has no clue what she's talking about. I'm seeing her say "a drop in the 50s for Black Adam would be awful for the film. It has to do sub-50" and I just want to jump through my laptop screen and be all "No! No! That's not how this works!"
  7. Honestly, I really like how things are now in terms of traffic? We do get legit solid discussion, and it's nice to get up to speed real fast when reading threads and not wading through a bunch of random conversations. It would be nice of course to see more active participants, but things are relatively chill apart from the occasional troll these days. I like that.

  9. You know the guy has a point. I felt the same way when the critics dogged on Ice Age 3. Of course I was about 11, but I don't think that matters, does it?
  10. In a leading role, yes. Altogether... 1. Furious 7 2. The Fate of the Furious 3. Fast and Furious 6 4. Fast Five 5. The Mummy Returns 6. Black Adam 7. Hobbs and Shaw 8. Jumanji: The Next Level 9. Moana 10. San Andreas Really shows just how insane of an opening San Andreas was. Everything else is either a sequel or has the DC Comics/Disney Princess branding to help bring in non-Rock fans. But San Andreas was all him and disaster movie tropes, which wasn't really a thing in 2015, at least compared to its 70s/90s heyday.
