That would mean its IM would be stronger than Rogue One. Sorry, don't see it.

So Jumanji is on the high-end of Variety/Deadline's estimates, and Frozen jumped about like 150% from yesterday. That seems good for both @a2k nah Charlie usually posts True Friday numbers. Trust me.

Regardless, Titanic's highest-grossing day was Valentine's Day. While you may not like the idea of watching a tear-jerker on Valentine's, it's clear there's an audience for those on that day (not even counting the Nicholas Sparks joints that typically pop up in February)

Considering the sexual tension between Sonic and Robotnik in the games, I think it's clear what couples are going to see next Valentine's

Okay I'll bite. What other movie that had a ton of sexist backlash and still saw attendance, at least on previews, by a majority men, do you want me to compare Black Christmas to?

I dunno, I felt like Birds of Prey was an easy slam dunk on paper, and I'm sure the movie's fun, but it doesn't feel like anyone is talking about it. And yeah, it's still two months from release, and Star Wars and the new trailers are soaking up the conversation, but Suicide Squad two months before release felt like everybody was talking about it.

Captain Marvel's PostTrak numbers after previews were 4.5 stars, was 60% males on Thursday, had sexist online backlash that ended up on the news, and arguably had more trolls seeing the movie on account of its story importance (or at least, its supposed story importance) for the biggest movie of all time than trolls seeing a random horror remake. There's a lot of terrible sexism in geek and horror culture, but people hating a lame horror remake...that ain't it.

Nah it won't go that low. Traffik (lol anyone remember that?) got 225K in previews last year, and still got to 3.9M.
