In France the word of mouth is excellent. Lot of people say the movie is really better than SW7. And the last part of the movie is very astounding and shocking.. I think the word of mouth will help the movie.

A friend (from conscore) tell me yesterday in France : 104 000 admissions ( but he got only 90% of theaters) But it's an evidence than Disney communicate with the combination of the previews from sunday + yesterday admissions. Sorry for my bad english, I'm not fluent for sure !^^ It's true it's a disappointment for the moment in Paris. "Le monde de Dory" is the ninth start of the year in Paris 14 hours with 2823 admissions. But today is the first day of good weather in Paris for ages (in fact it is raining at this moment^^) and probably the public has better things to do than retreat in theaters. A friend who works at "Cine chiffres" figures said that on Sunday the film was less than 75 000 admissions for two showings in France. The coefficent Paris / France would be important. Many people expect "the Sunday celebration of cinema" sunday, munday and thursday to go to the cinema even if the Frech team football plays sunday at 3Pm. I agree it will be far from 9,439,000 admissions for "Le monde de Nemo". At first I thought a score as "Minions" 6 millions admissions + Honestly it will be hard. I do not despair of a score between 4 and 5 million entries. Time will play in favor of the film.

@Olive Sorry for my bad english, I'm french... Absolutely. But you must know tweets from Rentrak only concern Paris and suburbs ! Yesterday there was two shows in the afternoon and the movie became number one with only 15 000 admissions. It's a very bad week in France, but it's a good preview ! Now it's very hard to define the final BO for the movie. In 2003 it was a huge score. I think it will be a big success but not in the proportion of the first one.
