4th visit this Saturday, it won’t be his true masterpiece or the movie he‘ll be known for in 50 years, but it’s pretty damn good.

2 scenes in front of green screen for Timothee, Nolan influence too strong.
-
I hoped for something better, I‘m sure the whole industry did. Let’s see the coming weeks.
-
It becomes a totally different movie the 2nd time around.

this sounds a massively flawed movie that people are trying to convince themselves is really good. Too bad. Oh well a weaker Nolan movie is still better than most movies that come out
Guess I keep pretending that I‘m loving this movie to my friends this Friday and next Monday then.

“I didn’t care about the characters. Blah blah blah.” On second viewing you do, that’s for sure!
SpoilerI saw several repeat viewing reviews that stated they focused way more on Pattinson‘s character than JDWs one.
I found his character really charming and engaging portrayed.

I’m reconsidering seeing Tenet due to the bad WOM.
The critics and fan reviews are overwhelmingly positive, many are saying the movie gets even better with repeat viewings.

I already booked my 2nd and 3rd viewing. The movie just won’t leave my mind and I can’t wait to watch it again without all the pressure surrounding the movie.

I never had problems understanding what the characters said. Maybe it has something to do with the IMAX cinemas and their painfully loud volume levels?

If Tenet can go over 1mil admissions, I‘d be pleased, although the industry probably needs more to survive.

i meant more for lead but yeah TDKR had a great supporting cast. Tom Hardy was kept hidden behind a mask the whole time tho
Christian Bale is a PMF if I ever saw one.

After some decades we finally get a Batman movie with a good looking cast.
99,78% of the World confirmed ugly if the cast of TDKR is not considered as attractive.

Audience reactions are really great. I‘m super pumped for this, only 6 days to go.

Critics definitely seemed to enjoy Dunkirk more than regular audiences, based on the box office legs.
I was surprised how well Dunkirk did domestically, without star power to boost it and centered about an historic event most people in America have never heard of.

WB checks arrived lol
jokes aside, it may not be his strongest movie, but damn enjoyable. And that is everything I was hoping for, let him focus on smaller, passion projects later in his career.

Some reviewers will be generous to the movie because of the situation that Tenet is releasing.
Not surprised at all. Movie looked uninteresting from the teaser itself.
I expected this kind of comment 1 page earlier.

I‘m really glad JDW gets so much praise.
-
I can see this having 4-5 $10-20M weekends in a row If the WOM kicks in hard and LA/NY ready to open in that timeframe. I’m super excited for its boxoffice run.

What is the total now with the successful re-releases in China and other countries?

I‘m getting Chernobyl vibes from this one shot/scene.

Not gonna lie, but if his remark about the third act set piece is true, this could be the crowd-pleasing moment the industry has waited for.

Inception and Interstellar had awful posters too. Batman movies and Dunkirk are only Nolan films with good poster s
WTH is wrong with Interstellar‘s posters? But you are right with the other two, especially Dunkirk had really atmospheric posters.

If Bey is gonna take the helm again for the soundtrack, I‘m IN! Make it a collab album with Kendrick.
