    Star Wars and the MCU are masters at subrecords. Their ability to become the highest grossing film on a 3rd tuesday of the 4th month while a red moon shines above Wyoming is nothing short of incredible.

    That's another attempt to downplay his involvement. Jim wrote the script (180 pages) and RR edited it down to a reasonable length.

    christ it made more than Justice League, I never realised. I watched suicide squad in cinema and it was garbage.

    I never bought that TFA was a good movie, I bet to those not brought up on Star Wars it was mediocre at best. I could see past the nostalgia and see it for what it was. I extremely safe movie with no great action or no emotional resonance... which is a sin for a big blockbuster movie.
