  1. I'm not meant to do the Oscars, if tonight is any indication.
  2. You're right. I think it's best for the ceremony I try to start fresh in the morning and work out everything better tomorrow. I wasn't as prepared as I should have been nor was I as thorough. I truly want to apologize for ruining the Oscars and accept full responsibility for my mistakes. I been having a panic attack for the past thirty minutes, and I am not mentally ready to do it tonight as I thought I was. Again I'm sorry for disappointing everyone.
  3. Bradford Young walks on screen. Bradford: There is something truly powerful about shooting a movie. Each cinematographer has their own style. 7. again apologies to @Blankments I was rushing and forgot.
  8. Pidge (Taissa Farmiga) alongside Lance (Jake T Austin) as both are decked in their costumes from the Voltron films enter the stage. Pidge: It's been a while hasn't it, Lance. Lance: I know, but we got a job to do. And for me, that's pleasing the ladies. Lance starts flexing as Pidge smacks him upside the head. Pidge: Sorry about my colleague's behavior. Costume and production are some of the key backbones to film, as they help lure us in conjuction to the visuals. The nominations for Best Production Design are.... Attack on Titan Megalo Box Pillars of Eternity: An Ancient Legacy The Scavenger Wars Part III Tower of Babylon and the winner is... Lance: The nominees for Best Costume Design are... Attack on Titan Megalo Box Ms. Blakk 4 President Pillars of Eternity: An Ancient Legacy Roman Fever and the winner is Ms. Blakk 4 President: Arjun Basin: Thank you so much for this honor! Working with Marielle has been one of the highlights of my professional life, and when she came to me with this project, I was first daunted but then happy to take on the challenge of translating Ms. Blakk's real lie outfits to the big screen. Clearly, it must've worked out, which pleased me as this is one of the films I'm proudest of yet, both in terms of my work in it and in what it meant to be involved with its production. Thank you so much.
  9. "Take Flight" (Birdwing): This is a description of the performance. It has a full orchestra backing it. Amber Grey and Matthew James Thomas sing the first part of the song normally, but then in the second half, Alli Stoker joins in on a newly arranged harmony that blends her reprise in the movie with the original song. John Williams steps on the screen as the audience roars. John: As we all know music helps elevate a film to new heights, whether it's light and bouncy or deep and menancing. Without further ado, here's the nominations for Best Original Score Hans Zimmer for Attack on Titan Patrick Doyle for Pillars of Eternity: An Ancient Legacy Cliff Martinez for Megalo Box Nicholas Britell for Notorious Max Richter for Laika and the winner is... Taylor Swift and SZA walk on the stage with dazzling dresses. Taylor: SZA, that is a nice dress by the way. 10. We then cut to a skyscraper as we see Editor-Man (Jordan Peele) overlooking the city as we get a parody of the 60's Spider-Man theme. Editorman, Editorman Does whatever a editor can Fixes sounds, any size Catches pitches- just like flies Look out! Here comes the Editorman Is he strong? Listen, bud He's got film grip blood Can he swing, from a thread? Take a look overhead (we see Editorman crashes when trying) Hey, there! There goes the Editorman! He's ignored Sound is his reward Look out! Here comes the Editorman! The nominees are... Green Lantern Corps Home Hypercomptency The Long Way Home Megalo Box The Scavenger Wars Part III and the winner is
  11. Jason Derulo walks on stage with a boisterous swagger, in a dazzling Maroon suit. Jason: Now I know everyone is asking, what's the star from Cats doing here tonight? To talk about how important sound is to a film. As a "musician", I know the importance of proper sound mixing, also Endless paid me $500 to do something to mention Squirrel Girl 2 at the Oscars so there it is. Attack on TItan Green Lantern Corps: Home Hypercomptency Megalo Box The Scavenger Wars Part III and the winner is
  12. Admittedly it wasn’t the best move. I certainly didn’t mean tasteless. I’m sorry.
  13. Aera (Aubrey Plaza) and T-Bot (Keegan Michael Key) rolls on the screen, in tuxedos. Aera: Whether your watching a movie for the first time or numerous times, one thing that's sure to catch your eyes is the visuals. There is an awkward silence as Aera elbows T-Bot to talk. T-Bot: I'm still mad at those damn fleshlings. We were supposed to be hosting the Oscars y'know, but those damn writers. Aera: Quiet, you know we're on probation for our last acts. T-Bot: Fine, the nominees are Attack on Titan Green Lantern Corps: Home Hypercomptency The Scavenger Wars Part III (T-Bot yells which he wasn't in) Tower of Babylon and the winner is....
  14. We then see Chuck Norris and Liam Nesson walk on the stage. Chuck: As we all know, action is an important to part to films. Liam: In fact, it made our careers. Chuck: Speak for yourself, I've become quite the method actor. Liam: Chuck, without me and Blankments Productions, you wouldn't have a career and the nominees for Best Use of Action are... 15. Keegan Michael Key and Jordan Peele walk on stage. Peele: Welcome to the Y7 Oscars. It's been a great year for movies, and i got to say it's good to see you Keegan. Key: Likewise, It's also an honor to host the Oscars. Suddenly, the screen turns black and fuzzy as we see The Substitute Teacher (Key) on stage, with a group of CAYOM heroes including Alex Spark (Sasha Lane), Hal Jordan (Armie Hammer), Nadine Hallon (Thomasin McKenzie), Shepard (MacKenzie Davis) and Keif Lennon (Jake Gyllenhaal). Garvey: Listen up, y'all. I is y'all substitute teacher, Mr. Garvey. I taught school for 20 years in the inner city, so don't think about pulling any bullshit. Role call, A-licks Spayark. The students look confused as Alex raises her hand. Alex: Do you mean Alex? Garvey: So we really doing the shit, A-licks? I will let you off easy as I'm feeling good today but this is the sole warning unless y'all want me to go ballistic. Where's Hay-y'all. Hal raises his hand Hal: I think you mean Hal. Garvey: Are you out of your goddamn mind, Hay-y'all. That ain't a real name, it's a phony ass comic book name. Check yourself before I wreck yourself. Nadine? Nadine raises her hand as the classmates are surprised that he got it right. Garvey, irritated, chuckles at first and then flips items of his desk. Garvey: You little bastards really think I'm dumb. Just cause I come from the inner city. I know my goddamn names. You little racist pricks need to stop being so smart, and learn to show some proper respect. The class is terrified as they become silent. Garvey lists of the rest of the names until he gets to Sam Capebaldi (this time, played by Jordan Peele) who's name he mispronounces but like in the original skit Peele replies "Pre-sent" THE OSCARS Y7
  16. Slight delay by about 15 minutes, have to finish a household chore.
  17. It’s not a matter of no marketing, WAG and WB as a whole is historically known for mishandling marketing for their family films. That said SJ2 will likely be one of their biggest family films. I don’t have much faith in it being a huge breakout especially in a competitive July. That said, if the film is great or at least very fun and WB/WAG doesn’t fuck up on the marketing, I can honestly see something crazy like $300M+ DOM. But for now I think Detective Pikachu numbers seem right ($55M/$140M)
