  1. Working on my first stop motion flick as a filler/Endless Animation flick with Aardman involved.
  2. A Fool’s Errand Studio: Endless Entertainment (through the Endless Animation division)/Animated by Laika Laika Release Date: 8/14/Y4 Genre: Stop-Motion Animation/Fantasy/Adventure Director: Chris Butler and Alex Hirsch Score: Dario Marianelli (think the epic score of a Howard Shore movie like Lord Of The Rings mixed with the fantastical aspect of Kubo and The Two Strings) Rating: PG for thematic elements including sorcery, brief language, scary images, mild action and rude humor Budget: $60M Theater Count: 3,650 Format: 2D and 3D Runtime: 100 minutes (includes 5 minute short) Cast: Jim Sturgess as Asin Isla Fisher as Luka Zach Galifianakis as Magnum Will Arnett as Sagduo Mary Elizabeth Winstead as Hexrot Chiwitel Ejiofor as The One With Many Eyes Shameik Moore as Euth with Domhnall Gleeson as Lord Ignatus Teri Hatcher as The Soothsayer Jermaine Clement as Skyjumper and Scarlet Johansson as Serena George Takei as Deucis Plot:
  3. So which one are we going with?: A.) 1st half (January-June) of Y4 closed Monday, reviews and predictions still happen but limited to then. 2nd half (July-December) of Y4 has a final deadline on October 15th meaning whatever happens happens. B.) We push the deadline for everything next Wednesday (October 10th) but again final deadline. What do y’all think?
  4. Again 10/15/2018 would be the final deadline as again apart from 6 dates (which fillers can easily be accommodated for) in the second half everything is ready to go. Meaning if you can’t finish it won’t go in the calendar. Including Pillars, Mass Effect and Odyssey (which I assume all have preread finished), the first half only need films for the following: January 10th (1 needed) February 14th (holiday) (1 needed) March 20th (1 needed) @Xillix @cookie @Spagheditary @Rorschach @Reddroast @Hiccup23 @Sears @4815162342 @Blankments @Ethan Hunt @Alpha @ChD Or... we can extend the deadline for everything to next week but that’d be the final deadline as we only to get 9 more films. As again we shouldn’t keep on pushing everything back. We can also see how the rest of the weekend and Monday fares for everyone I still think we should focus on getting stuff done though just in case.
  5. True that’s how past CAYOM suffered. The 10/15 deadline would be the hard deadline for the second half of the year. Meaning what’s finished there is released automatically. No ifs, and or buts. Also if we get a head start on reviews, and predictions perhaps @Spagheditary if possible can open up actuals earlier.
  6. @Xillix @cookie @Spagheditary @Hiccup23 @Blankments @Ethan Hunt @Reddroast @Sears @4815162342 @Rorschach Now I have a radical thought, so just bare with me here. What if we closed the first half of the year (January-June) on Monday as planned, and the second half of the year (July-December) like 2 weeks after (10/15). As tbh most of the first half is filled barring a few things and it gives time for others to finish their big hits or films they want to make (Voltron, Starlight, Fortnight, Roger Rabbit, etc). Reviews would still be open of course, but only for the first half of the year. Also @cookie sorry to hear about that, if there’s any help you need I’d be glad to give my services.
  7. @cayommagazine Jake Gyllenhall to voice the main antagonist of Spyro: Nightfall; Gaul, the Ape King. Spyro: Nightfall comes out Y6.
  8. @Xillix or @cookie since both of y’all read Blue and Gold have you read the new version?
  9. Did some editing for Blue and Gold which now includes a training montage to Push It To The Limit.
  10. Okay but you still have one more request left. One Piece was predetermined to be read.
  11. I am hoping to get some reading done over the weekend as next week is stacked for me, so looking for people to get in their requests.
  12. Underpants ($650K/$21.1M) and Emoji ($900K/$24M) started at 5:00. TTG had $1M at 4:00 but ending at $10M OW I imagine Smallfoot will be much younger skewing than House anyways so it’s good.
  13. Good previews for both all things considered. Thinking Night School does $30M-$35M Smallfoot does $20M-$30M
  14. https://deadline.com/2018/09/night-school-tiffany-haddish-kevin-hart-weekend-box-office-1202472883/ $1.35M - Night School $850K - Smallfoot
  15. I’m going to try to finish Family Guy but want you to know there’s a lot of cameos from other Fox animated shows in one scene. In fact here’s a snippet: Spoilers:
  16. Requests are now open, you get 1 choice of a film of your own and 1 of someone else’s.
  17. I’m thinking Roger does around 90% of Jumanji ($362M). Thymes I think reviews are going to be better than Spyro and McKay’s success with Pigeon can help but I’m thinking around 95% of My Peoples ($185M DOM). Animation this year is looking strong: Baseball Boy is doing around Chessman Our City 2 at worse does a KFP2/Dragon 2 and does $190M or slightly increases to $240M Amulet II will be the big dog but the runtime may hold it back from greatness, so SLOP ($363M) numbers seem right Animal Crossing will open smallish in the mid to high 20s but legs it to $100M Bandicoot 2 benefits from lack of family fare since the summer and does anywhere from Cloudy 2 ($120M) to HT1 ($140M) Wings should hold up well due to Christmas and all that, my guess is an OW around AC and it legs it to $100M as well CYI? should do around $60M-$75M for the five day but I’m really confident it can do $200M. Thinking $180M-$220M Thymes does $170M-$210M
  18. Yeah, I was thinking that, besides I have the Amazon Prime previews 2 weeks earlier. It should be fine in the long run though. You meant the diluting right?
  19. Should I open TP:GOM a few days early in IMAX? Would it dilute the OW?
