    Fake said it was 216.5m @ 12pm, and FF8 was 211.6m so it's pulled ahead already. Didn't you learn anything from the domestic opening weekend? Box office is more than 1 day.

    I used translate on some of the lowest scores and a lot of them are BS. They don't even reference the movie they talk about the US "messing" with China. If not for those troll scores, I think this would be closer about 9.0

    Any idea what’s up with Maoyan being so much lower than everywhere else despite the breakdown being over 70% 9-10?

    8.2 on Maoyan but now Douban is up to 8.5 and it’s the harder scale lol

    Yea but the Thor Ragnarok breakdown is for less on the high end, majority between 6-8 on the breakdown and it’s rated 8.9!

    Anyone have the Maoyan breakdown for Ready Player One? I know it was pretty highly rated so we could compare the % of 9-10 scores between the two.

    Oh yea that doesn’t make any sense. Maybe it’s like with YouTube where it takes a couple of hours to catch up when it gets a lot of volume at once.

    In USD it’s already ahead in MN because of the more favorable exchange rate, correct?

    Well keep in mind FF8 skews older so more families will see IW on Sat than FF8 has + IW presales started like 10 days before FF8 so it may have skewed the build up some.

    At this point with the favorable exchange rate, I’d be happy with it match the ticket sales of FF8 (which would put it at $213m as POTUS said). Anything over that is just a good extra.
