Jesus...you guys must miss a lot of movies if you go by scores on websites...
This is a total non sequitur. We're talking about ga reception, nothing to do with seeing it personally.

It doesn’t have a good cinemascore or ven really a good RT audience score for this point in time.

NWH will probably have best wide PSA next wknd, be 3rd place on Batman weekend with like 4M. Maybe expand to 8M+ on 11th 😎

Nah, covid era is done. This is the first blockbuster that is really firmly out of it.
Except SK 🙃

Hopefully these strong sats for the openers bode well for NWH too

55+ seems pretty possible. I guess this will be 2nd place in March calendar gross then.

I didn't roll 2021's from the lesser groups up...but then, did Disney really count those Fox movies, b/c they pretty much dumped every one - Free Guy succeeded despite Disney, not b/c of it...
Yes, all of the Disney movies count as Disney. It doesn’t matter what your opinion on their distribution of them was.

Considering how Disney movies get Disney+'ed I am not so sure about that.
Even the big movies will surely have 45 days window only.
45 day windows don’t really matter, but in point of fact big movies will probably have 60+. Eternals was small and still got over 2 months.

Sony became the biggest player coming out of Pandemic. Sony has really done something else with their film division.
Tom Holland biggest winner of this decade so far.
Guess new decade, new leader.
New decade, old leader. But Sony can pretend for a few more months.

With like 25% of K-12 schools off Friday (per Deadline), some of these Friday figures may be a tad inflated. Should see a flatter weekend trajectory overall, smaller Sat jumps and of course smaller Sun drops than last couple of weeks
Is that more than typical for a pres fri? The Friday bump is good but not particularly unusual.

That needs UK 100M. Feels like pipe dream.
Tbh I forget how endgame and FFH expansions went OS and just assumed a similar dom%. If expansion have been weaker OS then would just go 1920-1935 say.

If that happens ...hopefully sony pushes it again for 2 bill 👀👀
It will be tapped out. Only realistic push would be arranging a late China release — even with piracy should be able to do 150+ easy and enter WW top 3/4

If expansion materializes as expected:
1.9 dusted
TFA WW-C in sights

Think 8.45M is a bit too much. 1.8/3.5/2.8 for 8.1 is high enough. Will be surprised if Sat is 100% over Fri.
I’ve got it needing 8.37, but I agree the sat could be softer than usual because of the holiday sun.
-
Increase was mostly expected, but the figure is 10% over my somewhat cautious nums.

NWH will take a serious crack at taking out ET’s 10th weekend to score an all time top 5

that's a typo. NWH is $1.8M.
2x previous Sony record is done like dinner 😌

Nah, they are spot on all counts. You are underestimating how much Canada has underperformed for it
