$45M Friday + previews would make more sense for a $130M opening than a $45M true Friday, which would definitely hint at a bigger OW, so I kinda think Deadline just messed up. That, or they’re being really conservative with F2’s Saturday + Sunday grosses

At first I thought the 45M / 54M numbers include the previews, but at second glance it does look like they’re meant as true Friday numbers

Well I meant overall. And even domestically, I’d say that Frozen is still a bigger IP than TS, mostly thanks to merch sales.

I’d say yes. Both Frozen movies will have outgrossed TS4 + I think in terms of merchandise Frozen also sells way more than TS

After the good reception of Speechless, I can imagine that more than one Pasek & Paul song will be used for this remake.

What kind of multiplier do you think this will have? The first one had a multiplier of almost 6, which is insane. But Frozen 2 definitely won’t match that.
