A Cinemascore is locked. I just think it's impossible for a Dune movie to reach A+.

Damn, $10m Thurs is actually pretty good, and WOM is superb. Could this hit $80m still after all?

Back down to 95% audience RT with 250+ ratings

I don't think a DUNE movie could ever be received more spectacularly by critics and audiences alike. Insane numbers

One thing's for certain -- this OST is making workouts a breeze lmao

Dune 2 got a 5th rotten review, so safe to say that its peak will most likely be 97% and will likely settle at 94-95 I'd say

Probably not likely they award it the same awards the last one did. Except for VFX. Pretty much what happened to The Two Towers and Avatar 2.
Could be, but Dune Part Two is substantially more acclaimed than its predecessor (97% RT vs. 83% RT, 80 MC vs. 74 MC) which Two Towers and Avatar 2 cannot claim.

Seems like alot of big time Dune Heads giving reviews here, which is totally fine to be, but they also told me I should be cuming my pants over Part One too.
Yeah I think Dune 1 is a 7.5 or so, this is a 9 for me. Much more alive both visually with its vibrant colors, its sense of community, and in the narrative's sense of drive, purpose, and realization of its characters' arcs this time around.

Sound, Visual Effects, Production Design, and Original Score are already fully sewn up for next year's Oscars, by the way, and that's the very least I feel it could haul. Likely Film Editing too, especially if Part One won the same award.

This is a truly great movie. Dune Part One was good. I'm around a 9/10 on this bad boy.

Seeing this on Sunday night at 7pm, can't wait after these euphoric reviews wtf

Not sure, but the clips look quite good, imo.
Do we have any links? At work so can't access YouTube if they're uploaded there. One thing's looking certain: I don't think this movie can possibly get the worst reviews of the holiday season now that Rebel Moon's embargo dropped

That tweet to me reads like the actuals will have The Marvels way down and behind Thanksgiving, though... Which would not surprise me one bit.
Oh damn, yeah I glossed over "estimates", maybe they'll flip the script

That's disappointing if it pans out. Caught Thanksgiving last night, and while the 3rd act is far from perfect, the movie as a whole is still a totally self-aware, funny blast with creative kills and occasionally sly commentary.

Debuts with an epic 83% verified audience score.
83% with 100 ratings?! The Flash is at an 83% after 5K ratings and received a B CinemaScore
Yes, yes, wait for PostTrak exits, but this isn't gonna be pretty
-
Damn, this movie is still at a 92% verified RT with 1,000 votes? It must've been super borderline for an A- CS, pretty unfortunate it landed on a B+ (haven't seen the movie yet)

Tom Holland movies
Tobey Maguire movies
Andrew Garfield movies
That said, Andrew Garfield was brilliant in Tom Holland's movie. I don't know how he wildly improved, but he finally "got" Spiderman in that movie, and for me, it was his best Spiderman acting. It made me want to see him again as Spiderman, whereas I thought Tobey was his worst Spiderman in Tom's movie - in fact, Tobey really goes 1, 2, 3, Tom for his Spiderman roles - he didn't age into the role and his movies didn't age him up well, either. I really don't want to see him play the role again.
I agree Tobey isn't as good in 3 and NWH, but man, he elicits tears from me every time I watch Spider-Man and Spider-Man 2 with Uncle Ben's death and then of course twice in Spider-Man 2 when he reveals the truth behind Uncle Ben's death to Aunt May, and "I'm Spider-Man no more".

My 2nd cousins "acted" in that! They're identical twins and doubled as Val Kilmer and Ashley Judd's baby lol. Incredible movie, one of Mann's best
