I’m no expert but from anecdotal evidence yesterday looking at theatre seats around certain top-tier cities (nothing on the west due to storms) and I could have sworn this was getting to $5.5 to $6.
Seats were 70% full to packed.
I guess it lost the premium-ness of the PLF prices with discounts.
The current West coast weather disaster (California now in a Presidential disaster declaration) is different from the East Coast Christmas winter freeze.
More people are affected severely but in a shorter amount of time. The worst of the floods, mudslides and winds are on Monday and Tuesday then this weekend.
