Everything about this production blows my mind; the fact they came out of it alive is a miracle, let alone the fact they made such a great movie out of it. Look at this. They got that over a mountain! Ridiculous. Reading back this sounds like the only part of the movie that mattered to me was the fact they got the boat over the mountain, but I'm kind of underselling it here. I'm not that good at putting these kinds of things into words, but the whole thing really worked for me.
