Number of tickets sold in first three months of the year rises over 30M since 2011.  Even if the average of the admissions for movies (especially local titles) is still weak, the most anticipated blockbusters haven't failed to get big business (Fifty Shades and local "Si Accettano Miracoli") and there have been some great surprises: American Sniper sold near 3M tickets, Cinderella 2,4M (better than Maleficent) and The Imitation game 1,3M).  Other, the 3D is dead.

Year Tickets 2D Tickets 3D Total
2015 31.997.842   348.965  32.346.807

2011 33.282.504 2.382.274  35.664.778
2010 28.959.667 8.824.690  37.784.357 (Avatar and Alice, the only true 3D successiful movie here, sold about 8M 3D tickets)
