It's really funny, but the real beauty of Top Five lies in Chris Rock's performance and script, beyond just the humor. He creates believable characters and debates within his world (Which is in turn a reflection of our own), and it offers moments of poignancy and redemption without going the easy, Disney-style ending that other directors might have chosen.

I loved Rock's observation about Hollywood.  The Tyler Perry haunted house movie with Madea might actually be a funny film.  And the DMX cameo was brilliant. And my GOD Gabrielle Union looks smokin hot in this film. Also, bless Sandler, Goldberg and Seinfeld for their hilarious cameo.  Seinfeld making it rain...lol.

Very good movie from Chris Rock, it's funny and does a good job with the more serious stuff and gives a solid, if simplified commentary on the state of cinema these days. That poster for his slave movie was so on point
