I'm not going to do colors at all. I'm just going to note where the current total is roughly once/week on each list. Please check your numbers over and let me know if I've made any mistakes. Domestic Total Tracking If less than 10 players successfully predict a film to finish in the top 15, those players will score a 50,000 point bonus. If less than 5 players successfully predict a film to finish in the top 15, those players will score a 75,000 point bonus. If 1 solitary player successfully predicts a film to finish in the top 15, that players will score a 150,000 point bonus. The truly astounding thing to me is that Nutcracker actually has a fighting shot at making the game-end top 15. Nothing that's out right now that hasn't already passed it is likely to have the legs to catch it, and the only movie still to release through the end of the game that's a slam-dunk to pass it is Lego 2. Sure, any number of movies *could* overachieve and pass it (and the odds are probably pretty good that at least one of them will, most likely Alita). How to Train Your Dragon 3 *might* have an unexpectedly big OW and pass it, and it will almost certainly pass it within days of opening, but after the game ends. Given that Lego 2 will knock Nutcracker to 15, I don't think there's one specific movie that I'd bet on taking that #15 slot away from it though the Field, collectively, is probably 60/40 to catch it,. That's still good odds for such a failure of a movie. @glassfairy and @Simionski should be pleased, as The Upside and Instant Family are close to being locks for the top 15 and they were each the only one to pick their respective movies. Edit - WW is updated now as well. Amazingly, Nutcracker is in the exact same spot WW as it is DOM, and will likely be clinging precariously to 12th place as the game enters its final couple weeks (I don't think The Mule will catch it, but Glass should and Lego 2 definitely will). I'd put its odds of getting knocked off a little higher here than with DOM, since iirc, How to Train Your Dragon 3 (already at $29M WW) and Alita both release internationally before they release DOM, giving them more time to catch it. Lego 2 should break onto the DOM top 15, knocking out Escape Room, but probably won't get much higher than 13th or so but I'm doubtful anything else (HTTYD3 or Alita) will catch Green Book for 15th. Creed 2, amazingly, is a HTTYD3-underperformance away from sneaking onto the OW list despite not getting picked by anyone, even as a back-up. Everything else is set (though I'm still bitter about Bohemian Rhapsody). For WW, Creed 2 is probably, but not definitely, safe and the last couple spots (Nutcracker and The Mule) are very much up for grabs. Reporting is slow on Lego 2 foreign sales because it has no data yet from a bunch of countries in which its already opened. Also, HTTYD3 is doing decent business in a number of markets already and still has its US OW to come, and Alita will open everywhere by the end of the game and has a shot as well. The Mule is probably toast, but I wouldn't be surprised by any 2 of Nutcracker, Alita, Lego 2 and HTTYD3 getting the final spots. No one picked Aquaman their #1 domestically. 1 person picked Aquaman as their #1 OW. 1 person picked Aquaman as their #1 WW. This was indeed a very tough season. In fact most had Aquaman between 4th - 6th domestically. And I should also note, that Bohemiam Rhapsody looks to be landing in 3rd domestically and only 1 person had this film in the top 5 (4th in fact) while everyone else had this film between 6th and 8th (and someone even missed having it in their top 15) tough year! 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It'll be close, but I think Green Book is going to hang on since its still making decent money. OW - HTTYD3 could still stumble, but its probably going to get into the mid-40s, knocking out Creed 2 and pushing Glass down to 7th. WW - Lego 2 appears to be dying horribly overseas, while HTTYD3 has already made enough OS for 11th place and after its domestic OW and another week OS it'll probably pass Glass for 9th. It would also take a miracle for Alita not to pass Nutcracker for 12th, so we're probably looking at an WW final 4 looking something like: 9. HTTYD3 10. Glass 11. Creed 2 12.
