forg
HUGE box office performance for Bride for Rent! Great way to start the year to have $7 mil grosser already! RoboCop did really well here and decent for The LEGO Movie
kayumanggi
Is our country the only territory where ROBOCOP beat THE LEGO MOVIE during the OW? That's also crazy for BRIDE FOR RENT!
forg
The original RoboCop was so famous here (may parody pa nga di ba na BoBoCop lol)so no surprise it did well than Lego Yeah BFR is the biggest January release of all time per reports and I think it is true. Really HUGE numbers for such an early release. Anyway, I was in the theater a while ago and long lines for Starting Over Again, will definitely win the box office against Endless Love, Winter's Tale,Monuments Men and Vampire Academy Edited February 12, 2014 by forg
kaijukurt
I honestly thought the Lego Movie would gross at least 700k.And without a doubt, Starting Over Again is going to win the next few weeks.
forg
Watched Starting Over Again and the theater was jampacked and tickets for night screenings were sold out as early as 4:30 PM, they had to cut showtimes for Endless Love and other movies to give more for SOA. It's definitely winning the weekend but by how much? Star Cinema reports it had P25M on its first day! Anyway, I think we won't see the numbers for SOA on BOM next week, it might take long like BFR
kayumanggi
SOA could make 8 M or more imo.

forg
Star Cinema is now reporting 150M over 4 days for SOA. There's really a good chance that it will surpass BFR with no major competition until Captain America. Very healthy start for the box office this year

forg
Regular version lang but still it's the first time this happened in *sorry can't help it* forever. Well hindi naman, Pitch Perfect also returned to theaters after its first run but only on Robinsons cinemas.
