the last 15 minutes had me zoning out and I still didn't get the ending and why Strangelove acts all wierd (or why the film is named after him).

 

I would appreciate if soneone could kindly explain it to me

 

Also, didn't think it was super funny, a couple chuckles here and there, but that's it.
