an underrated movie. Suffers from plot holes, a rushed feeling, and familiarity with other movies. But it is a still an entertaining sci fi movie and the animation is absolutely breathtaking. The ice rings scene in particular. What  a shame this flopped and killed off its studio. Came out in the wrong time I guess
