ETA: also there's a great DDL quote in this movie that will probably be meme'd
That's how you know your movie's a true masterpiece.

Let's see if with all this critics Awards he gets an Oscar nom.
Or if the Dirty Old Hetero Man Brigade once again overlook a young actor - no matter how impressive - while drooling over the latest ingenue.
At this point, I think there's a relatively decent chance he could win the award.

I'd say Shape of Water has a (minuscule) chance as well
That one I feel less and less confident in every day. Its premise is too weird for general audiences, del Toro's films have never really caught on with the mainstream (with the possible exception of Pacific Rim), and there's very little starpower, outside of maybe Octavia. It also doesn't help the film's Oscar buzz has been dwindling after being snubbed out of both the Gothams and Independent Spirit Awards, even though it was eligible. It being a major Oscar force is the only reason it would ever cross $100M IMO.

All the remaining films with at least a fighting chance:
1. Kingsman 2
2. Daddy's Home 2
3. Orient Express
4. Wonder
5. Coco
6. Star Wars
7. Ferdinand
8. Jumanji
9. Pitch Perfect 3
10. Greatest Showman
11. The Post
If all goes well this Christmas and January, this could just barely happen.
