  1. I mean last I checked, Vin Diesel isn't a sexist, abusive fuckhead who was already impossible to work with for years, but just a goofy egotist. That makes it very likely he won't be caught in some gross scandal...I hope.
  2. Technically speaking, yes. And during the 07 strike, some talk shows did go on the air despite the picketing. They just went completely unscripted with the hosts improvising everything they said and did the entire time, since it wasn't actually written by a writer. But not only is that a scummy thing to do, and these hosts want to support their writers (except Jimmy Fallon, who's a jackass), forcing even the best comedians to do one hour of material with nothing but whatever comes to their head doesn't really lead to good television.

  5. Doesn't hurt big movies that much thanks to built-in audiences already excited, but it certainly can help even in minor ways. It's also really needed for the small movies. Like without the strike, Jennifer Lawrence would have been scheduled for all the talk shows to hype up that No Hard Feelings comedy movie. Now there's nothing to get people aware.
  6. Basically a redux of Pirates 5 where its domestic is fine in a vaccuum but bad for the franchise history, but still a sensation overseas. Which I guess that's enough for Part 2 to happen? Who knows?
  7. Updated JOHN WICK - Permanently banned for being an alt account of BKB
  8. I believe you have to post for a while before getting to post topics. I dunno, it’s weird.
  9. Cool. This hyperbolic and conspiratorial nonsense is still idiotic garbage that isn’t allowed on this forum. Don’t do this crap again or you will see warning points and threadbans coming your way.
  10. Okay it's not gonna go that low. High 100s or low 200s still seems like a possibility IMO

I don't think it will go low as that F9 comp, but I guess ~7M sounds legit here.
  12. Little Mermaid. That has everything going for it at this point, even though that will get mixed reviews too.
  13. If Star Wars nerds actually grew up and realized Last Jedi was the bomb diggity, none of this would have ever happened. It's insane how much that one movie has damaged our blockbuster culture into being the most sterile and generic it's ever been.
  14. Wait...why was this trailer taken down? I didn't even get the chance to watch it yet.
