Allow me to say that I still haven't really paid all that much attention to the movie, but I got an ad for the movie while watching Guardians 2 (not the trailer, but something linked to a charity my theater runs which Valerian's sponsoring), and the little footage I saw honestly was pretty jaw-dropping. I didn't think it looked incredible on my laptop, but on the big screen it was pure eye candy. I don't know if I'll see it or not, but I'm now somewhat hooked...although hopefully, I'll like more than just the pretty visuals.

Anectodal, but when I got the trailer for Split for a movie my brother and I saw, he admitted that he thought it looked interesting, but was turned off by Shyamalan's name being mentioned. Granted he's very reluctant to go to the movies, but there's probably still some people who may know Shyamalan's name but don't find it as a reason to go.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 May 17, 12:50 PM, me and 4 other people Trailers: Valerian "Stars of Hope" Ad Dunkirk Wonder Woman Kingsman: The Golden Circle Star Wars: The Last Jedi Thor: Ragnarok Two people left when the credits rolled, while the other two stayed. I left after the third post-credits scene.

Probably somewhere between Middle School and Monster Trucks. The closest comp I could find was $375K for Smurfs: The Lost Village, but that movie came out when Spring Break was still in session.
