    Winner of Best Film from the NBR, and Best Actor with Casey Affleck. The family's decided to watch this movie for our annual Christmas Day trip to the movie theater, and these wins are getting me more and more hyped to see it.

    I saw an advance screening, and I'm crossing my fingers that I'll be able to take my sisters to it on Saturday.

    I would've been more interested in this movie if it was directed by Peter Jackson, but the premise is interesting enough, and I'm sure I'll like it. But I guess this means the Han Solo movie will stay on the Memorial Day release date.

    I loved the books as a kid, and if they are able to capture the same silly, self-deprecating humor from the books, I would be happy. I'm just not sure if this will be something that audiences will turn into a big hit, especially with two big animated features coming after it, and it not being popular with the kids today...actually, are they still making new books?
