It's crazy to think that Apocalypse was supposed to be the target for Logan a week ago.
And did Get Out just turn in the best second weekend hold for a horror movie of all time? I can't think of any better off the top of my head.
Scream did
$6.3 million
$9 million
$10 million
$7.4 million
$7.3 million

The only thing that pisses me off a bit is that there are like 20 men and one woman.
I thought we were making progress beyond this.
Smurfette complex I think it's called.
Who notices this kind of thing?

So early Friday numbers coming in within the hour, is it going to happen like
1. Deadline numbers cause about 3 pages of meltdowns
2. Rth or EmpireCity give us a slightly better number and all seems well
3. Rth starts jizzing everywhere as the number climbs higher and higher throughout the evening
4. Some imdB troll still says the numbers are disappointing
But IMDB boards are no more.

The upward trend of the Wolverine movies on RT has been amusing.
X-Men Origins: Wolverine: 38%
The Wolverine: 69%
Logan: 93%
No more Tom Rothman interfering.

Where are Mondays numbers?

I thought the French hated horror movies so much that they rioted in theaters showing them.

Get Out has totally dominated my Facebook feed. People who say they don't like Horror Movies are talking about how they've seen it twice and plan to see it next weekend.

I have not seen this movie, but I can tell you that it is shit and anyone who likes it only likes it because it’s PC. DAMN SJWs!
I read a review that said the main people this movie attacks are the SJW PC Liberals.

70+ reviews, STILL 100%. Never seen anything like this before.

61 reviews and it's STILL at 100%

Still 100%, when was the last time a horror movie managed to keep 100% with 50+ reviews?
-
So white people arent allowed to like this or something?
-
31 reviews, all fresh, average rating is 8.2. Wonder who will give the first negative review, I wonder if critics are afraid to give it a negative review.

I really want to root for this movie but everything about it just seems to generic.

Rings is being released this weekend, what's your expectations for this? I'm predicting a similar run to TBBM, $14m/$30m.
Wouldn't a simulator run to TBBM be $13m/$22m?

I've seen the movie, Brie Larson is the female lead which is why she's featured heavily in the marketing. The other girl doesn't really do anything in the movie, she's just as generic and forgettable as the other soldiers in the movie. I don't think Tian Jung is ever even in peril in the film expect for maybe the helicopter scene. Brie has a few chase scenes and even battles one of the creatures, she does more than most of the guys do.
