Let's play a game, take a guess which film "mystery of love" is from.
I'll go first, going to guess shape of water
I thought the song was from mother!...

Very good nominations for Best Soundtrack. All of them are deserved.
-
Some very interesting TV series nominations. But I'll be honest: I don't think Rick and Morty deserves its spot over shows like This Is Us and Handmaiden's Tale and Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. That's just me.
-
Now, this is the category Star Wars belongs in, but perhaps I'm glad it only made one of them.
This is a great lineup. I have to say, Wolf Warrior II comes as a surprise to me, but it certainly deserves its spot here.
-
There's some very excellent ensemble casts this year! I'm happy for Get Out and Lady Bird for sure!

I was kinda sad when I had to take Gal Gadot off my ballot, but it's a sigh of relief to see that she made it here. She did a tremendous job.
There are some Actress snubs here and there but the list is well rounded so I won't complain.

I think that's a pretty good Adapted Screenplay category! Some great films are getting their first nomination of the night!

So THAT'S the double nomination we weren't expecting...
*sniffles at the thought of Richard Jenkins' snub*

I mean, I voted for Darkest Hour; that would've been a good non-blockbuster cinematography nomination, too.
-
The Lost City of Z for cinematography! Very, very deserved! The nomination I'm happiest about so far!

I am very happy that Richard Strickland made it in; I'm also happy for those that were rooting for Oscar and The Prognosticator, and I'm also happy to see the complex and intriguing Kylo Ren make it in as well.

Imagine fifty shades Darkest hour with gary oldman and dakota johnson.

The Worst Picture nominations in my opinion are probably my most preferred ones across the board outside of Fifty Shades Darker.
-
Kong: Skull Island makes me happier about the Ghost in the Shell snub; at least that snub was for a good cause.
-
I'm literally listening to "Debra" by Beck while seeing that Baby Driver got a very well deserved Sound Mixing & Editing nomination.
-
Pretty good nominees for Production Design; I think if Darkest Hour failed to get a nomination here, it'll likely struggle to get any nominations outside of Gary Oldman.
-
Those are some really good costume choices! Very happy that Wonder Woman made it in!

I'm more than ecstatic that there are six nominees for the categories displayed so far!
Though Star Wars making Most Soul Crushing Box Office Run is like...

Octavia Spencer is one of my personal favorite performers working in film right now, even if she has been falling a casting niche. Here's hoping this widens the spectrum of roles she will be able to take.
And I do like how she's working with the director of The Help again. I'm also glad that he's getting more work as well.

The members of Box Office Theory have committed an egregious wrong. Even in this down year for animation, I can name so many other animated film that were much, much better than The Boss Baby. We have failed as voters and as film enthusiasts. All of us.

It's opening at SXSW in March!
A sign of good things to come for a film debuting at the same place Baby Driver and The Disaster Artist collected their first raves last year!

No they are not. There is a law against that.
Well, Steven Spielberg is Jewish, so it's well beyond time for the authorities to arrest the most prominent filmmaker of our time for breaking the law, as you jokingly suggest.
Edit: I realize that I'm wording my responses strongly, and I do apologize for that. As a film enthusiast, I do take freedom of creative expression very seriously.

Some very, very good makeup nominations. But I think some are more noteworthy than others though.
