SS had labor day weekend which helps out almost all films in terms of legs. I'd say around $335M for AQM.
AQM also has MLK weekend if that helps...

over 150CR for Lion King easily.
Wont count on Shazam rn since WB has a knack for messing the release here generally

Reading the reviews makes me think this will have a horrible Cinemascore and word of mouth because every review is saying the trailer is a bait and switch.
Are we talking about The Nun kinda situation here... ?

Lol. I think at this stage it’s clear his name is only attached because he cast Gal. His name was on Aquaman too, he cast Jason.
Had story credits and action influence are pretty evident

Based on everything so far I'm guessing it'll land in between Mockingjay 1 and Catching Fire, 120-160.

Honestly have not seen a movie which might end up being this big of an hagiography. It's being produced by his family, stars his sons and grandsons and was based on a book by his wife. The Thackeray biopic might give it some competition since it's produced by the Shiv Sena as well.
These south star/politicians might as well had rewritten history if they had chance

Shazam seems less appealing for several reasons but it will do well, DC and Brazil
going by the trailer reactions of Shazam of folks going for Aquaman , i think thats certain to change

I think Lion King have more effect than most Hollywood films for older audience. These people don't like to see foreign language films/cultures. They prefer to see local titles in cinema. Some may go there only when Chinese New Year is coming or films like Wolf Warrior 2 shows. They have no interest in HLW. Superhero is popular in young audience but ridiculous to older generations. For them, HLW is hard to appreciate. Lion King can be different because it's more about animals.
So basically like older Indian audience
