This late April release for AIW is even better than December IMO. It had whole 3 weeks to itself competition less. This specifically helped it OS. It may have done a bit more domestically if released in Dec, but no way it does more OS. AIW opened to earth shatterring numbers OS and then sustained very well because of no competition. This won't happen in December. That's why next year also I hope A4 releases late April.

DP2 is having bad legs because they made Cable so racist

Seeing as how TLJ dropped from TFA, it makes me appreciate AOU's drop from TA even more. It actually increased OS and dropped less than 10% WW. Let's see if TFK can replicate it. I sure hope so, loved the 1st one.

Swap Solo's drop with AIW and Solo comes under 100M. I bet that was unsettling for them and hence it got a regular 25% drop. Sometimes you wonder how they project their Sunday and in this case Monday drops.

I am not sure about TFA WW but Solo DOM will be definitely more than TFA DOM. This is 100% happening, I'll bet anything.

Typical Disney. Since this is Memorial Day Weekend and they couldn't give AIW 40% Sunday drop, so they gave Monday 40% drop Never Change Disney. Actuals will be 22+.

The Hollywood film Solo - A Star Wars Story was a disaster with collections in the 1.30-1.40 crore nett range over the weekend. Movie actually dropped on Sunday, even though there was a cricket match but movies don't drop on Sunday in India.That spells doom for it in India as far as WOM is concerned. 0.5M is going to be it's final gross. TLJ did 2.5M in India and this will drop 80% from it. Solo has done the impossible here Hopefully Boba Fett movie collections in India won't be negative

SMH had summer weekdays tho. Even though it dropped 62% in it's 2nd weekend. It had done 46M business from Monday-Thursday after 117M weekend. Whereas DP2 did 39M biz. on weekdays after 125M weekend. SMH continued to have strong weekdays for more than 1 month, DP2 would have to rebound on weekends to have good multiplier considering the time of the year.
