    I think the most popular foreign singer(s) in India must be BTS band. I don't really follow foreign music much though. Their concert movie did well IIRC.

    This doesn't seem right really. I think more than 50% booked tickets in first 3 days, especially in AMC which barely moved after that. Yesterday morning started at ~$29M in reported locs, and ended up around $31.5M with barely $2.5M in sales during the day Edit: Though I guess this $39M include $2.8M of Thursday which was basically sold on Wednesday and Thursday.

    I am not gonna argue here really, because I don't really know much about American music industry. Just Beiber is among the few names I knew, Swift I only got to know may be 2 years ago.

    There are only two three reds there. US and Australia and Philippines. Though I guess the first one is really what matters.

    Yeah Google Trends also suggest that, though it seems overseas he is still better than Swift, not recently probably.

    I suppose only the US. Not an exact science or ultimate measure but worldwide Beiber seems a lot higher than Taylor, though recently Swift ahead.

    rookie mistake by AMC. lost probably $450M by not releasing in 150 more cinemas.

    MiniTC2 would suggest something like 25-30% drop from True FRI. MTC3 seems like 20%. I think MTC1 will hold better, probably 5-10%.

    Just like films I guess. In India there is a HUGE music market of own. Big Film music albums in 90s used to sell 20-30M cassettes.

    Is there any song of her that is universally big outside her fans? Have seen many Justin Beiber and couple of Ed Sheeran songs that are quite widely famous in India, never really saw any her song play.

    Taylor Swift MiniTC2 T-1 Day FRI - 16901/90146 (395 showings) SAT - 10282/122759 (509 showings) SUN - 6396/115387 (483 showings) Added a bit less than 1K on T-1 day. May be 21K ish final but walkups today were low. Since walkups are limited, SAT will likely drop from FRI here.
