In cinemas I agree. Out of cinemas (in term of merchandising sales) Frozen is the biggest cinematic (overall) brand WW follow by Minions (that are the only strong cinema brands born in 2010's). TLK and TS have been very strong at the time the original opened but now are outdated (merchandise speaking). SW is bigger only in America. In Latin America in general I find it hard to  Frozen 2 get close to TLK, so I already expected that Mexico didn't have a good opening (compared to other markets) compared to TLK.
