I will say this about the reboot: Neither side came off looking good at all. Yeah there were some childish men who were vocal about their member berries being violated, but the news and sites honed in on them and ignored people who had legitmate issues with the movie. The response to James Rolfe's video was a wild overreaction and more childish than his video funny enough. Don't know news thought that video was newsworthy. Some one didn't want to watch a movie after seeing trailers? Ok And?

The people who care about what critics say weren't going to watch Space Jam in the first place. I don't even think the huge crossover thing is a deal breaker either. Fortnite and Smash Bros, two big games are also corporate commercials. And the Internet just got started hyping itself up for a Nickelodeon Smash Bros clone.

I just think that The Hitman's Bodyguard just didn't need a sequel. It wasn't even a particularly good movie. It is something to watch on Netflix and then forget as soon as the credits end.

If i'm guessing why In the Heights is dropping poorly, it is cause the movie itself was hyped up by Twitter and social media and no one else which explains its poor opening. And it seems like Twitter has a problem with the lack of Afro-Latinos.

I think We're just going to have to accept that BO is never going to return to what it was pre Pandemic. HBO Max, Disney Plus are all going to be long term investments for these film companies. Anyway, if anything streaming will likely bring back the mid budget films that Hollywood has been neglecting in favor of big Superhero and Animated blockbusters

Never thought i see an Anime movie give a action blockbuster a run for its money. Good. So tired of nothing but CGI cartoons dominating the Box office. No CGI movie has impressed me since Spiderman: Into the Spiderverse. I only hope Space Jam 2 doesn't spent too much on that horrid CG spot.
