  1. Yeah, it's impressive, but it's kind of absurd that it only has a 64 on metacritic, the movie is fantastic
  2. I totally agree, and anyone who thinks James Gunn will have an easy job at DC is completely mistaken tbh
  3. So you can already be sad now, Guardians will not be touching the 800M (maybe not even in the 750M...)
  4. The problem is that DC fans tend to hype things online, but not appear in theaters. By the way, Blue Beetle is trending on twitter but the views are not good at all, not a good sign...
  5. This trailer screams Ms Marvel Disney+ series to me, this is fine I guess, I quite like Ms Marvel tbh, but that's a movie, It should be better...
  6. Deadline has been told that despite her affable demeanor to the press, Alonso was sometimes challenging to work with at the House of Mouse. The punishing schedule aside, one insider cited how Alonso would take days off to conduct her own personal business affairs (read, producing the Argentina 1985 Oscar nominated film), and this ultimately resulted to some degree in a logjam of Marvel films and TV series in the post-production pipeline causing major theatrical release date dealys. 7. https://variety.com/2023/film/news/box-office-shazam-2-opening-weekend-stumbles-1235558787/ “Shazam: Fury of the Gods” opened to No. 1 in North America, but the Warner Bros. and DC Comics sequel fell short of expectations with its disappointing $30.5 million debut from 4,071 theaters. Heading into the weekend, the film was expected to collect $35 million to $40 million, which already wasn’t all that spectacular since it cost north of $110 million to make and another $100 million to market. This movie is a disaster

  9. Now that you mention it, it's true, I come out with the same feeling of disappointment in this movie, that I had in Love and Thunder
  10. Overseas here too, just me and 3 persons on the only IMAX screen in my city, that's worrying...
