  1. I received 3 bids on 25% of LEGO Batman, as follows: Simionski ~ 25m MCKillswitch ~ 15m Chasmmi ~ 25.6m (he requested the max he could invest which is what this is) Which means Chasmmi wins the 25% with $25,672,188. So he will get 50% in total of LEGO Batman Movie for $40,672,188. Everyone else gets 50% (those who were accepted of course) for 30m as per normal.
  2. I am presuming you want fifty shades darker at this point as you only got 50% of Lego Batman unless you win the bidding war on the extra 25%.
  3. LEGO Batman Movie : Auction (25% - only those who invested initially can bid) ok. Everyone who invested in John Wick or Fifty Shades have received their investment. The LEGO Batman Movie had more than 300% in investments so only the investments in the first 12 hours will be accepted: That is: Each of you will recieve something of Lego Batman Movie... Sorry Wrath but you were too late...... so your investment doesn't count at all. Right calculations time: There are 6 investors in said film which means each of you can get initially 50% (max). Grey Ghost - gets 50% (requested 100) MCKillswitch123 - gets 50% (requested 100) CJohn - gets 50% (requested 100) Exxdee - gets 50% (requested 100) Simionski - gets 50% (requested 100) Chasmmi - gets 25% (requested 50) That's a total of 275%. you will receive the investment as per above as it stands based upon the budget of 60m (which means if you got 50% you paid 30m). That means there remains 25% available which now goes up for auction. Only those who's investments have been accepted above may make a bid. you have 24 hours to PM with your bid on the 25% (which is worth 15m in the original budget) - you can bid on whatever % of 25% you desire. The highest Bidder or Bidders will receive the additional %. IF NO ONE bids then the 25% will be returned for available investment again. Once again PM me your bids and i will post the winner in here in 24 hours!
  4. As a quick calc, % are at: lego batman - > 300% so no more left fifty shades - 300% exact so no more john wick - 100% so 100% remains available if more than 100% is taken in the next 3 hrs then, it will increase to 300 total rather than 200. I will post later on regarding the Lego Movie.
  5. I'll take 65% Fifty Shades Darker 50% John Wick 2

  9. Thread Pinned for the Month of January... Come one come all and join in the fun.... (LEGO Batman Movie & Fifty Shades Darker will be within the coming week )
  10. Game updated... (last 2016 Update until I announce winners) Monthly threads all updated too included both January and February 2017. WELCOMING NEW PLAYERS AT THE MOMENT... PLENTY OF TIME TO GET INVOLVED IN THE Fantasy Box Office Game 2017. I always keep a link to this thread in my signature or refer to the subforum.
  11. Rules updated with 2017 game rules....
  12. Now Lastly, Obviously we are now building up to the announcement of the winner, At the end of January, I will review the status of the game and announce who are the nominees for each category with a target of announcing the winner probably sometime during February. Just so everyone knows what awards are announced: ROI Award (% Gain ~ $ Invested / $ Earned) Best Investor Award (% Invested / $ Earned) Company Value Award (Pretty much your bank account at the game end) The Weekend Award (Biggest Weekend of the Year) Revenue Award (this is essentially how many $ you earnt during the game) GeekFreek Award (Overall Game Winner - is calculated based on your performance during the game)
  13. And here is the FINAL Monthly Chart for 2016. As expected, December has been a rather on the large size month. Not only were Simionski's and Chasmmi's monthly totals, the biggest in 2016, they are in fact the largest monthly total ever put up in any month. To be honest though, if the Game was running in 2015, i suspect that December 2015 might have someone higher but since we weren't running at the time, they are now the #1 and #2 all time monthly records ever! (Simionski now owns 2 of the top 3 ever monthly totals in the game) December 2016 TM LM Investor Title Monthly Gross % Change Sales Total Revenue 1 3 Simionski $891,124,687 +182.2% $0 $3,691,034,095 2 4 chasmmi $797,714,860 +262.0% $0 $2,423,831,712 3 2 Exxdee $491,826,465 +29.7% $0 $2,233,183,864 4 1 Jajang $444,999,414 -13.4% $0 $2,891,802,639 5 5 Grey Ghost $186,111,605 -5.7% $0 $2,168,807,300 6 7 BourneFan #1 $31,002,169 -63.9% $0 $1,975,173,667 7 6 DAJK $13,549,220 -86.6% $0 $816,363,803 8 - FancyArcher $13,181,502 - $0 $13,181,502 9 8 CJohn $2,423,591 -71.6% $0 $1,826,924,238 10 9 lucasbenica $13,008 -97.8% $0 $1,709,825,100 11 10 The Panda $3,252 -97.8% $0 $853,785,706 Totals (11 Players): $2,871,949,773 +57.6% $0 $20,603,913,625
  14. And Here it is, the final Weekend Report for 2016 (well technically it's split between 16 and 17, but as there are no new releases for 2017 as yet, it stays in here). The next weekend chart will be in the 2017 thread . Remember I will continue to track the 2016 movies and they continue to count towards the weekend and monthly charts as always. Not surprisingly, Simionski has continue to dominate over the christmas / new years break with his major investment in Rogue One.
