I know, just having a little fun ;)And I'm seeing it tonight (3D liemax) so hopefully I like it...cause right now of the friends I have that have seen it, two said it was awesome, 2 said it was ok, and one said it stunk...so adding your score that's 2 awesomes, 2 oks and 2 stinks...I don't know what to expectI tried bud. I went in with a clear mind. I know in the back of my mind I had the original Spidey playing and that tainted it, but I tried to give it a fair shake.

Yeah, hopefully Spielberg returns to form with Lincoln. TWBB is the perfect example of what a brilliant actor and brillant director can accomplish together...hopefully Spielberg can be that again for Lincoln.DDL will be amazing in Lincoln because he can't not be an amazing actor. The movie itself will probably be a big letdown because Spielberg hasn't done anything worthwhile since Minority Report over a decade ago.

I don't think Madea is hitting $30m, but seeing 4 $30m movies in a weekend would be something.4 films over 30m dollars? Has it ever happened before?

Not to go off topic, but TSN was so much better than TKS and should have won BP (I mean my personal favorite movie that year was Black Swan, but I knew that had no chance to win so I was pulling for TSN). Anyway, Garfield is a good actor, he's very good in both TSN and Never Let Me Go.No, the best thing about TSN was when it DIDN'T win Best Picture.

Ok, I take that back, reviews are going very well. It's rt score (80%) after 65 reviews is way higher than most (especially the haters) expected- so hopeully that translates over to a solid showing at the box office (cause that's what I more meant when nothing was going well, at the bo).Why is nothing going well for TASM? reviews are good, India went nuts, iJack is alive, well and not sleeping. I see a lot of stuff going well.

I think it's partly that there are just many more 3D movies out atm, as opposed to early in a year, so there are less 3D screens/shows, etc.I don't get it, I thought this 3D slump had ended. Puss in Boots had 51% 3D share and The Lorax, 52%, maybe it's because they were released when families were hungry for animations. When summer comes we have all this animation madness and I guess they just can't choose 3D for all of them.Rio (April 15) - 58%KFP 2 (June 6) - 45%Cars 2 (June 24) - 40%The Lorax (March 2) - 52%Mad3 (June 8) - 45%Brave - 34% ??If there's a pattern, Ice Age will have a low 3D share similar to Brave.

Pretty much this...back to back with the original is a truly amazing film experience as both are simply masterpieces.I go back and forth between this and the original as to which one is best. But both of them are classics and both are also in my top 10 of all time.
It is a funny fact that James Caan was the highest paid person in the film.

I think it's more studios shuffle a little money around where they want when they have a few movies out at the same time (especially when one of them is a big release, etc).I can't believe drive-ins would have that much of an effect.

You're delusional about that.Because they are trying to position Merida as the ultimate role model for girls because of a bow when they know very well that it`s Katniss. Unbelievable arrogance on Pixar part. I really hope this doesn`t make $300 mio.

This THG/Brave (or Katnips/Merida) battle is all in your head, let it go. Oh, plus Brave is a way better movie than THGSo will Merida in sequels. Plus she`s already annoying in trailers. I wouldn`t mind this crap w/o THG. It has 1/2 of HP cast in it which is cool but it`s trying to steal Katniss thunder and I can`t let that go on.
