That's a really good trailer, especially with the Christmas angle (apparently only a small part of the movie though). Not sure how much money this will make, but A24 has had success in past holiday seasons with unlikely counter-programming (Uncut Gems, The Whale, The Iron Claw), and while it's been a while since an erotic drama like this has gotten a wide release, we have seen some recent WOM success with original movies that had erotic/spicy content (Saltburn, Challengers, The Substance), so I wonder if this can benefit from that. It'd be cool if it could.

Saltburn didn’t make any money in theaters (11m dom/21 m ww) and The Substance isn’t looking like it’s going to break the bank either. Challengers faired the best (50m dom/ 94 ww) but it also came out at a less competitive time and with hotter young stars. Babygirl is unlikely to do those numbers.
