The show is floundering. I find the weekly cases to be uninspired and the episodes bore me, especially since we're now back to a cat-and-mouse game between Beckett and Castle. They need something to shake things up.Maybe kill Alexis, the most annoyingly perfect teenager in history (yes, not getting accepted into Stanford does not make her more relatable and less annoying, writers!)

 

 

They got season 7 which is undoubtedly going to be the last one 

 

Since they got the senator which was really great to watch they will probably focus on Castle's dad continuous storyline and wrapping that up along with the marriage thing 

 

I do suspect that the senator will be back for one more episode during trial or something like that 

I need to check this out.   According to this thread, it's been failing since 2011 though.   ;)
