In Poland, Black Panther have solid start ("good" for comic book/ superhero movie). 133 000 admission estimated during the weekend, around 190 000 since February 14th. But the hype is small and this Friday probably the most anticipated Polish movie of the year will destroy BP legs. I think it will do BvS numbers here (max. $2,5 mln).

I think Jurassic World is the biggest surprise of the decade (and one of the "WTF? of all time", based on 'small hype' before its premiere, very average reviews & audience opinion, and - in my opinion - it's not a good movie
). This came out of nowhere. Who tough it would beat Age of Ultron that summer and be THAT huge?! The OW predictions were a little beat over $100 mln, $135 mln maybe, and with every hour it was bigger, and bigger. Eventually JW broke Avengers OW record by a hair! Look at this articles...
And this was also the biggest opener in the world! I don't know how it was near you, but in my city/country there was almost zero hype for this! No one has slightly idea what's just happend when it cross $500 mln in just 5 days. JW bought more DOM, OS and WW than both Avengers films - how in the hell this one had so great legs? I've no idea. This is still unbelievable to me. I know this was a sequel of one of the most successful trilogies in history, but still, this is shocker among the shockers.

Wonder Woman as #1?
Jumanji is much much bigger hit with smaller budget. Something is not wright with Your list.

2nd weekend: $166,688 (-69.8%) << the worst drop this weekend, only one documentary film had worse.
Domestic Total as of Sep. 3, 2017: $920,500 (terrible!!)
Number of theaters went down to 288!
Two words for DistribFilm. Fu*# You!

Due to the big succes in the UK on August 29th, T2 will be playing another week in british cinemas (1st-7th September).
They also should add some theaters in the U.S. this weekend.
T2 3D's 1st week domestic: only $753,812

Is the Close Encounters re-release going to beat T2 this weekend?
Easly. I don't get it. Older, more forgotten classic, and it's gonna be much bigger succes than T2. :/

Wasn't this supposed to be just a one day event in the UK?

Great reviews! ;D After six it was 100% and 10.0/10.

Any news about Terminator 2 numbers?

Six clips
Cameron did something wrong in the six one. 1:00 - when T-1000 head explodes they copy/paste few frames to hide the effect of splited head before shoot. :/

Nope. Poland - July 14th.

I know this movie since I was 4-5, maybe even younger - I don't know - I rememer it from my youngest years (I was born in 1992, Polish release was same month) and I didn't have any problems with dreams.
45th time? Not bad. I've never count my views of T2, but I would't be suprised if it's over 100. T1 I saw for the first time when I was 6 or 7 (the beginning of primary school) and it was terrifying... but I watched it again the very same day.

Almost $300 mln OS. With good legs, Spain and Japan on its way, WW has good chances to finish with over $400 mln. + $370-390 mln DOM!! Incredible!

$400 mln? That would mean longer legs than TFA and any other movie with +100 mln opening. No chance.
-
Domestic is going to be around $325-365 mln. OS less than $400 mln. Worldwide max. $760 mln.

How many "10/10" am I giving for movies in this decade? Zero!! Last one was Toy Story 3 in 2010.
T2 > the rest

Rank the Cameron films?

$100 mln? No chance. Marketing is not good. Titanic 3D-rerelease was an event, another movie experience. JP too. T2 3D will flop, I'm afraid.

BLACK PANTHER | 646.8 M overseas ● 1346.9 M worldwide
in International Box Office

Domestic this could go anywhere form $550 mln to $660 mln, I think. OS will be easily over $500 mln so BP has a clear shot to beat CW and IM3 ww numbers.
