  1. First Sonic had an opening weekend of £4.7m
  2. Sonic took over £1.1m yesterday. Decent start. Morbius 2nd with about £850k
  3. unsurprisingly morbius was number 1 on thursday. somewhere around £700k (probably just under)
  4. Batman will be number 1 again, down just under 50% so around £1.7m The Bad Guys will be #2, something like £600k (maybe a little more) Ambulance #3, around £500k.
  5. Batman #1, down about 55% (so maybe £3.2m or a little more) Uncharted #2, down about 40% Nan #3, maybe £500k Jujutsu #4, a little under Nan Phantom Of the Open #5, around £360k
  6. in what world is a sub 50% drop (which is almost certainly will be) for a superhero film on week 2 a bad thing? uncharted having an excellent week 2 doesn't take away from the fact that this is a very decent 2nd weekend for batman
  7. Batman was ~2m yesterday. maybe just under
  8. really impressive for Spiderman to beat Bond in the UK. amazing.
  9. Monday was about £1.4-1.6m, something like that not sure how that compares with other monday drops
  10. I've said for a while they should bring back the strict 12 rating for some films. I suppose it would lead to confusion though but it is definitely warranted sometimes. Batman had a slight uptick on Saturday. If it was £4.8m on Friday then probably just over £5m on Saturday.
  11. both Uncharted and Sing had small drops yesterday, down less than 20% on the previous Friday. The Duke was #3, around £250k. Cyrano DOA #9
  12. yeah this is nothing like murder on the orient express
  13. Yep, about £1.2m for Uncharted on Friday. Death On The Nile #2, maybe £500k at most. Marry Me #6
  14. yeah jackass was number 1 yesterday, around £750k. probably be the biggest day of its weekend though sing should win the weekend again though.
  15. Entertainment Film Distributors. Once upon a time they released Lord Of The Rings in the UK
  16. very odd moonfall isn't being shown at odeon. sing has had a great opening weekend. should be over £5m i think. sub 20% drop for belfast
  17. Belfast was #1 yesterday but looks like Spider-Man will win the weekend again assuming it gets the usually bump on Saturday & Sunday. Scream #3 and Nightmare Alley #4
  18. Scream was #1 yesterday. Maybe £900k.
  19. Cyrano release has been pushed back to February. It joins Operation Mincemeat and Morbius as films moved out of January. Hoping the rest stay strong
  20. yeah today has been quiet and tomorrow is normally a bad day for cinema.
