I wonder, have the subscription services like AMCs A-List and Regal's Unlimited been having a positive impact at all?

Hated this. If you thought the controversy about the Sam Rockwell redemption arc in Three Billboards was bad, hoo boy
SpoilerDid he have a redemption arc? I thought the movie made it fairly clear that his character was gay and was a Nazi to hide in plain sight, and he still got executed in the end, because he was still a Nazi, regardless of whatever else he did. One of the last things he says is that he wasn't an actual good person like Rosie was.

I think this will set up Young Avengers. They cannot count on EG boost to happen 3 years later so they'll need another hook and that's YA. Stature will be in the movie for Cassie is a teen already in EG timeline and this follows it most likely few years later.
Antman, Wasp, and the Young Avengers could work. If that happens, this could be where Ms. Marvel crosses over to film from her Disney+ show, too.

And why didnt they send a Terminator to a time before Judgement Day, when her birthplace was surely known by human authorities, so that Terminator could find it out and eliminate her?
The Terminator franchise was always absolutely nonsensical when it comes to its time travel (and to be fair, nearly every time travel movie is).
I'm not a big fan of time travel stories either. Just kind of have to not think about that aspect of the story very much.

I haven't watched the new Terminator movie yet, but I'm not in a hurry...
Yesterday, my 7 years old daughter asked me why didn't Skynet just send a Terminator to kill baby Sarah Connor. I had no answer.
Maybe records indicating where she lived/was born didn't survive Judgement Day, so Skynet sent a Terminator to the earliest record of her location it had access to.

My top box office stories of the year (so far) would probably go:
Endgame
Joker
Aladdin
Dark Phoenix
The Goldfinch
with honorable mentions for Captain Marvel, The Peanut Butter Falcon, and John Wick 3.

He's also probably referring to the fact that Watson is obviously a far worse actress as a baseline than Ronan, Pugh, Chalamet, Streep and Dern each, and thus she has to try pretty hard to keep up.
Agreed. Watson will never be the actress that Chalamet is.

I think he means with that TMZ article that just came out
Oh, don't visit TMZ so had no idea. He said/She said in divorce proceedings I would take with a grain of salt.

Is Jeremy Renner still going to be part of the MCU?

As much as I liked Gary Jules' cover of Mad World, i feel like its legacy is rather terrible. Think I'll listen to Joey Ramones' cover of Wonderful World to try and get this horrible thing out of my head.

Everyone should have Columbo Day off. Love that show.

Don't have high expectations here, but posters aren't really the best way to judge a movie, even posters as amazing as this one.

I don't get why they are removing theaters to Joker when it is being a success and the rest is a flop.
PLFs can be on separate contracts from normal screens, IMAX in particular. Flop or not doesn't really have much to do with it.

Cameron can't Make Terminator Great Again, it needs to go to somebody else.
Just gotta wait for the rights to revert to Marvel.

It reminds me of that episode of Futurama where Planet Express Ship falls in love with Bender.

I say “probably” because I’m not sure how much say the director has in Marvel movies, especially during the Ike Perlmutter era.
They have about 5 or 6 fewer people they get notes from post-Perlmutter, at the very least. Don't remember how many were on the so-called Creative Committee, but they had a say, along with Perlmutter. I also think only 2 of them were actually creatives, but not in film. The others were toy people.

Why were the posts from earlier this morning deleted? No spoilers in them.
If it was images and stuff, maybe they were considered "bootleg."

Fine, then remove the offending parties but don;'t punish the rest of us.
Serously, that is a really clumsy way to handler the problem.
Not the first time. At one point they deleted an entire Spider-Man thread rather than ban 1 troll.

The joker is more a film the academy would love in the 1970s I think to be honest.
Wouldn't exist in the 70s because King of Comedy wasn't made till 83.
edit: came out in 83, not 82.

Fanboy Wars Thread: Personal Attacks not allowed | With Digital Fur Technology

An assembly cut isn't even a rough cut. Its pretty much just everything they shot, with little to no post work (special effects, music, color grading, etc.) whatsoever.
