    It's really hard to say for me. Too many holidays , I am not sure, if there are so many people really want to see Frozen. However, I research last year's data, finding that even in the GW, there is a huge difference of TOHO daily number between national and non-national holidays. Take Conan for example, last May ist (Toho day and ) around 18000 2 7930 3-5 (national holidays) 37000 So, in my opinion, the TOHO number of Frozen will be espeially low campared with other days on May 2 (Friday) April 30 , ladies' day May 1st Toho day good number but not as godd as April 29 and May 3~6 , maybe half May 7 is another ladie's day, also good number

    This is the presale of 4 movies in Ebina this Saturday so far: Roma 2： 235 adm　Partner 3：210　ASM2： 119　Coana： 155　Frozen： 290　 Then, at least in this big cinema , ASM2 is way behind the other 3 movies in current presale.

    Not yet....it still has 208 showtimes in TOHO this weekend but last weekend was 303, 1/3 cut.

    The final seats lose will be higher than 13% because in the 3 main theaters not included in this chart, Frozen loses many seats than last Saturday. Perhaps 15%...I guess.

    After I double check Toho website and see Saturday schedule, I realize what they mean by stop screening. Here stop screening refers to the English version in thosetheaters and will be replaced by 3D dubbed and singalong. Good news, I believe.

    With the coming of GW, more and more new movies are vying for theaters and seats. In some TOHO theaters, I see some stop-screening schedule. So, far〔福冈県〕直方 (5/1 Finished) | 〔熊本県〕| 宇城 (4/25 Finished) 〔鹿児岛県〕 与次郎 (5/2 Finished)〔高知県〕高知 (5/2 Finished)〔兵库県〕伊丹 (4/25 Finished)〔富山県〕富山 (4/25 Finished)静冈県〕サンストリート浜北 (4/25 Finished)有楽町・日比谷 (4/30 Finished) | This is the reason why I dare not be TOO optimistic about the BO of Frozen in GW.

    Yes, but I also noticed that some 3D seats also come from its dubbed 2d . For example, in some theaters, last week 6 x 2D dubbed becomes 3x 2D dubbed, 2x 3D dubbed and 1 x Singalong.... So, the situation is a bit complicated.

    I read the timetable of this Saturday showtimes, finding that 3D dubbed mostly has two showtimes in the theater. So, I dont think it will have huge impact on the ticket price. On the highest SB weekend , Frozen had around 160000 seats . So, in my opinion, even 8m this weekend would be amazing and the saturation level needs to be over 50%. TOHO lost at least 11% seats while other cinemas like A eon might be worse.

    No. The aeon cinema information is not made public. However, some people in the Japanese forum sometimes give information of other cinemas but I have never seen anything about Aeon.

    Hi guys : My friend and I spent time visiting TOHO's website to do a brief calculation of this weekend's Frozen seats. Last Saturday: 141222 This Saturday : around 125000 So, at least in TOHO, Frozen lost 11% seats , which is much better than I have heard. 11% is not a big deal , what counts is how many people do want to pick Frozen over other new movies.
