Yes, I am totally with you. With the spread word of mouth, it seems that the performance of Frozen in small cities / movie distributors is a way better than yesterday.
This is very likely. Yesterday the admissions in TOHO was around 49500 , while today chances are the number will surpass 60000.
More admissions, higher prices, why not an increase from yesterday
BTW, the admissions in another two distributor (109 , Kinezo ) is also performing much better than yesterday /`
Just list one of the biggest movie distributors in Japan : TOHO
No presales, but the total seats and show times may be a good sign. (# Some theaters are not included in this information )
3.15
Doramon : 41103 seats, 156 showtimes
Frozen : 92154 seats, 278 show times
FYI.
I read the article in Japan's very famous site 2ch, which says
672(***)scr 03/14 「アナと雪の女王」ウォルト・ディズニー・ピクチャーズ

I don't know why the difference of two numbers is so huge.
According to the official data released by China's national movie agency, the box office of Frozen ending last Sunday
is 293.5m RMB. This number has passed Germant number.
well, but judging from this weekend's Frozen showtime, it seems that the distributor has some confidence on sing-along.
The total weekend showtime for Frozen is around 1750 but the sing-along accounts for more than 1/4 (456 + )
Two quesitons:
1. If Frozen wins Oscar, will that be any help to the box office in Korea ?
2. Now the sing-along version is avalaible in Hongkog. If sing-along of Frozen is released in SK, will this improve the box office ?
