As an avid watcher of Defunctland and Disney Dan and other ParkTube folks, I know that Chapek was a total bastard and a Paul Pressler-style penny pincher when he was in charge of Disney's Parks division. You would think the disrespect wouldn't go towards the top talent, but I guess I shouldn't be surprised by it. If he still has the CEO title within the next three years, I will be shocked.

It is a bit too low compared to other people's tracking though, and Cruella also arguably had the same problem. Maybe it's a sign we're getting 2.7M...nah I'm just kidding. But I do think low 2s are likely despite the discrepancy.

How effective this was is up to you of course, but it certainly gave the film a solid shot in the arm here in Philly.
