At this rate, it's easier to just ignore budgets and enjoy little victories that movies like this can make okay money. These movies are being funded by capitalist, soulless conglomos who will happily lay off their employees for an easy profit and it's not like theaters will see any impact if a big hit movie makes a loss or not.
