Something I just realized is that both this and Frozen 2 have Sterling K. Brown in the cast, and they're both dropping the same day. Guess he has something to be thankful about.
Literally the one thing that made me even mildly curious about the show was listening to Emily Blunt sing her heart out. Guess Jon Bailey still wants to add in some more dumb skits and montages nobody likes.
Netflix has just joined the MPAA. Paramount signed a multi-picture deal with Netflix to create original films. A24 is doing the same with Apple. Disney, WarnerMedia, and NBCU are all developing their own streaming services.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure the industry has embraced streaming at this point, whether we like it or not.
Yeah. It's consistently sold somewhere in the teens each day this week on Pulse, although last week only saw single digits. It's much more of a slow-burner compared to the other movies for obvious reasons.

Don't know if Serenity outpacing King is a good sign for the former or a bad one for the latter.

That show becoming an overnight sensation befuddles me. When someone first told me the concept, it sounded like the most desperate attempt at aping American Idol/The Voice ever.
Tele, I'm a Gen Zer who goes through existential crises every other day. Movie theaters are the only things that distract me from the world's impending demise.
I should also mention that I'm pretty sure Uglydolls has become my latest trailer stalker, especially with Dog's Way Home now in theaters. I've already gotten it three times, and probably a fourth time if I get around to seeing Upside. I'm planning to see Lego, Dragon and Dumbo too, so I'll probably get the trailer there as well.
