Yeah, I will
And though I am new, I'm definitely here to stay. I actually hope to get into a career in data analytics 5 years down the line, once I'm through university.
Tele didn't just say "just trust me";
He is a mod so I shall believe him about the 'personal proof';
And he wasn't condescending to me.
I'm bored of arguing about this either way. More interested in how Mockingjay is doing than the semantics of whether or not I should believe this Rth person. I will look at his posts and make my own mind up.
Am I allowed to ask, do you know why he is right? Does anyone?
I'm so confused >_< everyone is saying "just trust me" but I don't understand why i should
I'm new on this forum, would someone mind explaining why Rth's numbers are always so important? Everyone seems to ask for them in every thread
Also, I know people joked that GotG could beat Mockingjay, but this is... actually feasible, right?
$130.2 is my prediction. ((CF OW - IMAX)+(CF Thurs multiplier x 17))/2 = 130.2
This kinda assumes half the audience is GA and half are fans, which is almost certainly a completely false ratio, but hey, it's a number, it'll do.
Jealous >_< mine are £10 ($16)
I must be going crazy. Read the updated article several times and didn't see that paragraph... lol.
(Obviously it won't drop that much since the Thursday night shows are just fans, whereas the whole weekend includes GA.)
I'm in the UK and it's $29 for to see Interstellar in IMAX, dunno how much more a 3D IMAX show would be. Didn't realise it was so cheap in America!
Your IMAX 3D is way cheaper than our bog standard 2D cinemas ($13).
Okay, let's assume I'm a parent with a child (or multiple children). I have a job, I have hobbies, I have a husband and a family. If I take my kid to see BH6 on a Saturday, there's no way in hell that I, in my busy life, am taking him again and again on that same day/weekend. Now I don't actually have kids but I don't know any parent who would do this.
The "creditbility" of my points - that the movie needs to connect with kids of today and it may not achieve that - is not affected by my knowledge of this IP.
Also I am really not convinced that these "charecters" are popular worldwide.
I have heard of Charlie Brown and Snoopy, I can even identify Snoopy - but didn't know where they were from, whether it was a TV show or whatever. I didn't know what "Peanuts" was.
