Very true. It is about the same level as BD2 was. MJ2 has more going for it though. It is more reputable and gets good reviews so overall it could make more. It may not do as well in the US, but make a lot overseas. Just have to see.

That's good to hear. Apparently it is not big in the UK though or other parts of Europe. Makes me sad.

So I posted this in another forum, but feel free to answer. What is the hype level right now for the hunger games mockingly part 2 in other countries? The hype in the US is ok but not explosive like it probably should be.

So not sure if anyone can answer this, but what is the hype right now for the hunger games mockingjay part 2 in Europe? The Berlin and European premieres are this week. The hype in the US is okay I would say but not explosive like the first two movies.

Oh I forgot about that one. Very hard to pick indeed. In other news, Spectre will most certainly go rotten unfortunately. Down to 64 percent and dropped 4 points in the last 30 minutes.

Dang. In 30 minutes it fell 4 points. No doubt about rotten territory now. I really thought this one would be a winner. It really is a shame, like I said, I actually wanted it to do well.

Okay, what the actual *beep*. I just looked 30 minutes ago and I accidentally clicked the RT page, and it is now down to 67 PERCENT. After 30 minutes. This will be rotten when I wake up. Nothing falls that fast.

Just checked again 68 percent. When I check tomorrow after sleeping my guess is 65 or lower. I do feel kind of bad though. My prediction was 80s for Spectre. Hope I'm not wrong about 80's for MJ2 also.

Oh sorry, thought you were talking reviews. Yes. I believe it will be higher. I also believe part 2 will do fantastic overseas. I think 550 mil or more. Don't give a beep what other ppl say. We just have to sit back and wait.

Down to 69 percent. I predicted this would happen. Kinda similar with what happened to Mockingjay Part 1. I get no joy out of it. On the upside, it might mean good news for part 2 if it can garner reviews 80 percent and up similar to the first two movies.

With the exception of part 1. It is possible. I think part 2 might end up somewhere between the first and second movie. I would be ok with it.

Yes, I would say 80s. At the very least, I think it will be cerified fresh with bare minimum 74. 70s though is seen as bad, so I would say 80s. 90s isn't out of the question but don't want to get hopes up. I will be happy with 80s though and certified fresh. No one can talk carp then

I forgot to mention too, about Spectre, I don't like negativity but I was right. Spectre is getting slaughtered in reviews. It dropped from a 78 to now 69 percent on rotten tomatoes in a matter of 2 days once it got to the us. At this point it might even go rotten. It's going to hurt Spectre a lot imo and I hate to see that happen. Kinda feels like what happened with MJ1 last year. Regarding Mj2, wouldn't it be strange if it got amazing reviews over Spectre? I'm thinking it is going to happen.

I saw the Fb thing. Very impressive. And good on Lg with the preview. I think Spectre will do well domestically, but not as good as Skyfall. We will see. As far as MJ2 goes, Spectre could do average to good and Mockingjay could still do amazing. I'm tracking sales right now and I would say they are decent. I checked New York and San Francisco just for fun and NY has 7 sellouts ans Sf has 6. Looked at other places and theaters are anywhere from 60 to 90 percent full. I would say that is good for a movie that comes out over 2 weeks from now.

I was thinking that before Spectre but not so much anymore. Unfortunately, I think the movie will get slaughtered when it gets to the US. The ratings are pretty low (I predict 60s when it hits the US or early 70s) and the reviews have been ranging from bad to average. It may be breaking records in UK, but I don't think it will do as good as it could have US wise. I guess you never know though. We will see.

Yup lol. I might do more though for part 2 since the box office might lag. Just no interest in Twitter. And I'm from the US of A.

Probably 3 times. I watched THG 3 times, CF 4 times, and MJ1 2 times. I think MJ2 will be a 3 or 4 time watcher. BTW, I am in my early twenties :)
