Today 24th Sept, is the national day for comercial employees so Cinemas won't open, and tomorrow there will be a national strike with no public transport available so this week will be a disaster. Hopefully next weekend will be a trio of new openers, with a market screaming for a new family movie Smallfoot should open strong.

Very solid hold for El Angel, locked finish above 1M adm., and now since Mi Obra Maestra opened well below my expectationes it locked finish atop of the Local Film most attended chart. The Meg had a good opening, not bad at all. It opened 21% below Rampage (a easy comparation), it may open above 100k adm. and with Monday holiday a 5 day total of ~130k adm. Hotel Transylvania 3 will enjoy a solid weekend and thanks monday holiday it will outsell SLoP and yet it has a slight chance to reach 2.5M adm.

OD Very good start for "El Angel", the local movie had a powerfull OD, in fact the strongest for a local movie in the year and also the strongest since El Clan 3 years ago. Yet compared to El Clan it opened well below it's 71k adm. OD, but this almost lock an OW over 300k adm. something no often for a local movie. The first reviews and WOM is possitive, not the most but is over the average. El Amor Menos Pensado, despite facing another local wide realease, the widest ever, it hold very well and that's because it's strong WOM. During the day 80k adm. were sold, 62k from them were for local movies.
